The Way
of the Viscera

July 23-27, 2008 ¥ $750
Boulder, CO
This course explores the viscera as expressions of our way of being in the world. The initial orientation is to how the viscera reflect the primary respiration and the action of potency, within the context of Craniosacral Biodynamics.
Organ systems will be explored in relationship to their embryological unfoldment, natural motility and emotional unfoldment. One aspect of the work is the re-establishment of the original creative intention and ordering principle within the cells and tissues of the organs.
Clinical emphasis will be focused
on an appreciation of the holistic shift, states of dynamic equilibrium, the
Long Tide and fluid tide, the ordering matrix and its midline dynamics and the embryological
unfolding of the viscera.
The emotional relationships of the organs will be explored, as well as the key function of the heart as our seat of being and relating. As the course unfolds, we will discover that each organ manifests ways-of-being that are particular to our history and personal process. Wounds at the level of being and wellbeing will be held in this context with the intention to restore both our orientation to the creative principle and to renew our relationship to being itself.
This course is open only to graduates of a 50-day Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy foundation training.
