- Listening at the Sphenoid/SBJ
- Listen at the side – hands on shoulder and hip
- Listen at the Cranial Base
- Hands in the Vault hold – go through the layers in your perception:
- Parietals
- RTM
- Parietal Lobes
- Ventricles
- Mid-Brain Structures: Amygdala, Hippocampus, Hypothalamus, Pituitary, Pineal, etc
- Slip pointer fingers down to touch the Sphenoid from the modified vault hold
- Bi-lateral Frontal Bone Contact – gently let your hands drape the frontal bone with one hand on either side
- Integration: Sacrum / Feet
- Ankles/Calves – use rajasic and tamasic contacts at the ankles and calves; end with a light touch at the ankles
- Shoulders – use rajasic and tamasic contacts at the shoulders; end with a light touch at the shoulders
- Kidneys/Colon – use rajasic and tamasic contacts at the kidneys and colon; end with a light touch at the kidneys or colon
- Connecting the Triad (play with contacts – left/right, front/back – wait for a pulse):
- Connect the kidneys to the ankles/calves
- Connect the kidneys to the shoulders
- Connect the shoulders to ankles/calves
- Connect Air Finger to Air Chakra – one hand holds the air finger, the other hand rests behind the heart/lungs
- Bi-lateral Frontal Bone Contact – gently let your hands drape the frontal bone with one hand on either side
- Orbits – cradle the orbits with your fingers; base of hands on frontal, fingertips on zygomae, palms above eyes
- Zygomae – let pointer, middle and ring fingers gently rest on the zygomae on either side
- Ethmoid Contact – hold the ethmoid with pointer finger and thumb; hold the frontal bone under the other palm
- Occiput–Frontal Hold – right palm across frontal (right to left); left hand cradles occiput (left to right)
- Six Pointed Star – light contact at the ethmoid (left ring finger) and pubic bone (right middle finger)
